Karlie DeShay is a highly trained Myotherapist with a strong foundation in kinesiology, biomechanics, and functional movement therapy. She holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology, a Bachelor of Science in Mortuary & Health Science, and is Nationally Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). With over a decade of clinical experience and 1,100+ hours of anatomy lab training, Karlie offers a unique perspective on muscle origin, insertion, and function, allowing for a precise and results-driven approach to musculoskeletal therapy.

She has studied under David Lauterstein and John Conway at the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School & Clinic and is a Certified Master Myoskeletal Therapist through the Dalton Myoskeletal Alignment Technique. Her work integrates advanced manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain, restore mobility, and enhance physical performance.
